5. NOTES
5.1 Intended use. The icemaker-dispenser covered by this commercial item description is intended for use in garrison dining halls, hospitals, and non-shipboard galleys where a continuous supply of dispensed ice and water is needed.
5.2 Ordering data. Acquisition documents should specify the following:
a. Title, number, and date of this commercial item description.
b. PIN designating type, grade, size, and style, required (see 1.1, 1.2, and 5.4).
c. Storage bin capacity required (see 2.2).
d. Electrical requirements if other than specified (see 2.3).
e. Government approved manual number to be included on data nameplate (see 2.5).
f. Selection of applicable packaging and packing required (see 4.1).
